Retail Manager (Beauty/Skincare) Your new company A globally known French founded Skincare and Cosmetics brand that has been around since the 1950s. Your new role As Retail Manager, you will be handling 10 \'12 stores in West and East Malaysia that are located in departmental stores. You will be closely liaising with Beauty Coaches of each store or the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager. The reporting for this role will be towards the Sales and Operations Manager or directly to the Sales Director. What you\'ll need to succeed Strong stakeholder management (internally and externally) Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST Multitasker Enjoy being on site, going store to store (including travelling to other states) Ensuring the sales KPI for each store is met and understanding audience of each store and critically finding different ways to reach the KPIs for each store dynamically.
