Job Description

• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day branch operations in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards
• Ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
• Proficiency in assigning multiple tasks.
• Ensures cleanliness, appearance and operational SOPs for the store and all outlets are in order.
• Monitor outlet expenses to ensure that actual expenses are within budget and ensure outlet profitability.
• Monitor the sales targets of outlets to ensure that the company\'s overall sales targets are achieved.
• Identify and report issues that may impact sales or service delivery and propose solutions to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing new products and executing new product launch plans.
• Monitor branch staff performance to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve branch staff issues in a timely manner.
• Ensures planned activities are communicated to all outlets in time for proper rollout.
• Assist in generating reports and presenting operational results and insights.
• Strictly adhere to the follow-up list established by the managing director.
• Perform other related and ad hoc duties as required.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly communication, and hold regular briefings every day to convey important information
• Generate various reports within the timeline.
• Maintain good rapport and working relationships with employees and all other departments
