Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget. Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise. Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines. Complete paperwork, daily reports and all other necessary financial analysis for the restaurant. Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to the store\'s recipe and standards. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment. Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports on a timely basis meeting all prescribed timelines. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers\' preferences. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation Prepare and control the store\'s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency. Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and regular staff training meetings. Interview, Hire and Train new employees including baristas and kitchen staff. You are responsible to train process and procedure of the barista during shifts and the drink trainer is responsible for coffee education , drink building, and espresso machine training. Job Requirements: Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position Knowledge of retail management best practices Excellent knowledge of retail management software 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizing and leadership skills Commercial awareness Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms. Be able to work in a flexible schedule. Have experience in managing a coffee shop is highly preferred. Have experience in taking videos or photos is highly preferred.
