Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Working alongside the marketing team to create the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy \xe2\x97\x8f Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity throughout Malaysia and Overseas projects \xe2\x97\x8f Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in allocated marketing strategy of each operating unit as well as planning activities to present manufacturing opportunities and ideas to assist and enhance global marketing plus sales results \xe2\x97\x8f Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs \xe2\x97\x8f Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability. \xe2\x97\x8f Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in allocated global marketing strategy of each operating unit as well as planning activities to present manufacturing opportunities and ideas to assist and enhance global marketing plus sales results \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer Experience Needed
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in marketing strategy and brand awareness campaign \xe2\x97\x8f Possess strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team \xe2\x97\x8f Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management \xe2\x97\x8f Deep understanding of changing market dynamics \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing field in relevant industry Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Benefits:
