Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Foundation/Certificate in Business/Marketing or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in retail and/or sales merchandiser activities is advantage.
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin (optional).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• The position will be required to travel around Klang Valley are and/or outstation to deal with customer.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Experience in stock control and reporting would be advantageous.
• Must possess a valid driving license D and with own transport.

Tanggungjawab

Role: Retail merchandisers work within retail stores to ensure that products are displayed effectively and are appealing to customers.

• Implement visual merchandising strategic products presentation on shelf in departmental stores/specialties outlets.
• Set up displays, arrange products, and maintain overall store aesthetics.
• Ensure that product pricing and signage are accurate
• Maintains inventory by restocking displays of company products, removing damage products, tiding store shelves, providing optimum display of products.
• Other administration tasks in marketing, compile market information by observing display and competitors pricing of products.
• Stock preparation in warehouse, replenish, organize and arrange products in outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and prompt individual outlets staff to reorder when inventory low.
• Negotiate and execute for shelf space and display location.
• To assist setting up promotion fair and dismantle promotion fair.
• To undertake other responsibilities and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
