Retail Network Planner (Planning and Real Estate) Oil & Gas Industry Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur 10 Months Contract (until 31st, December 23) Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri (9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm) RM 3300 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3700 Mandatory Skills: - Proficient and experience in SAP system & Requisition to Pay (RtP) process Purpose Responsible to ensure Retail Network Development (Planning and Real Estate) data analysis and planning, project phasing execution activities and financial parameters are in order and compliance to Network Imperatives, procedures and per L2 contractual requirements Overview

• This role requires preferably skills and experience in handling SAP system and excel date churning and ability to process data into meaningful input
• Also, ability as team player where requires good coordination skills between various Mobility function especially Real Estate and Planning to ensure project delivery and task is meet on time
• The role also requires some ability to provide updates and recommendation of output reports on a monthly basis or as required by Network and Finance (where applicable)
• Apart from the core activities, role also to provide general administrative support for Network Delivery Manager, Development and Engineering team.

Accountabilities Responsible to ensure Retail Network Development (Planning and RE) project phasing and execution activities are in order and compliance to Network Imperatives , procedures and per L2 contractual requirements, which includes :

• Transacting payment request per contract obligation ie payment milestone for land related (lease or purchase) as well as Business Development Fund (BDF) worth up to 10-15Mil USD annually. This includes understanding Network threshold MoA and obtaining all relevant approvals before execution
• Manage ,coordinate and track progress and reporting action updates to Finance for asset under construction (AuC) & refundable deposits under Disposal which include CO2DO and NFAHFS under works delivered through L2 partners
• Management of RtP processes which include diligent processing of workflow to ensure Payment of Time (PoT) and creation of PR/PO and performing service entry accordingly.
• Managed and coordinate end to end payment includes FI and cheque payment for disposal proceeds by following the processes, adhering to timelines, with close follow up/updates with all stakeholders.
• Vendor management in GSAP which includes vendor creation for BDF management, extension of vendor code, company code ( P.Org)
• Tracking and analyzing contract ACV and OPEX spending using necessary GSAP reporting for Network team leads as required to ensure within mandate
• Liaison and coordinate with Customer Operations and Network Planners team for cost centre creation (Ship To) on time as part of station development cycle planning
• Provide general administrative support for Network Team which include mailing management for local and international delivery, stationeries, training & group meeting facilities and logistics arrangement, where applicable

Requirement :

• Must obtained Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent
• Experience in network development and management.
• Proficient and experience in SAP system.
• Proficient and experience with Requisition to Pay (RtP) process
• Disciplined for timely report generation, necessary escalation to ensure project planning is per schedule
