That's why we're looking for a

Retail Operation Executive

who will take ownership of sales growth, retail operations, and people development. This role is designed for someone who thrives on responsibility, leadership, and delivering real results.

What You'll Do:

Drive Retail Sales Performance

: Achieve sales revenue targets, maximize gross profit, and ensure strong ROI across outlets.

Lead and Develop Retail Teams

: Recruit, train, coach, and monitor staff performance with structured KPIs and reviews.

Design Commission & Incentive Schemes

: Build fair, motivating reward systems to push team performance higher.

Plan & Execute Retail Marketing

: Manage roadshows, exhibitions, expos, in-house promotions, and seasonal campaigns that generate traffic and sales.

Strengthen Customer Experience

: Ensure outstanding service standards, handle escalations, and drive high customer satisfaction.

Oversee Operations & Compliance

: Monitor daily outlet activities, SOP compliance, and operational efficiency.

Manage Visual Merchandising & POSM

: Ensure brand consistency in displays, promotional materials, and retail storytelling.

Stock & Inventory Oversight

: Monitor stock movement, manage replenishment, and reduce shrinkage or losses.

Data & Reporting

: Track sales reports, staff productivity, and outlet performance, delivering actionable insights to management.

Training & Development

: Conduct regular workshops on sales techniques, customer engagement, and smart home product knowledge.

Culture Building

: Create a positive, high-performance retail culture where teamwork, accountability, and customer-first values thrive.
Who We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in retail operations or retail leadership roles. Proven track record of driving sales revenue and managing successful retail teams. Strong leadership with excellent coaching and communication skills. Hands-on with retail operations, from sales strategy to merchandising and reporting. Results-driven, analytical, and passionate about people development.
