Job Responsibilities : Sales Target - Regular monitor sales performance, and constantly suggest on strategies to achieve target, maximize sales and profitability. Support Marketing strategy planning after aligns with marketing in-charge and provided training to achieved individual outlet achieved sales target and outlet KPI performances. Training & Coaching - Outlet & team training, company policies, employee handbook, retail SOPs, product knowledge. Manage new regulation application & execution monitory to all outlet time to time follow as company policy change. Cultivate talents, build up team leadership, high efficiency and lead retail team to achieve set goals. Manpower & scheduling - To monitor and ensure sufficient manpower and standard scheduling for all outlets. Operation - To oversee overall outlet operation matters including utilities, maintenance, renovation, repair works, leasing etc. Retail Management - oversee multiple stores operation, will require frequent travel between state. Operation - oversee overall outlet operation matters including utilities, maintenance, renovation, repair works, leasing etc. Reporting - Provide Management with monthly report, including sales achievement, review sales target regularly. Report on top brands, top-selling item observation, slow moving items. Current market price strategy, trend research & feedback to management and marketing by monthly. Retail Management - To oversee multiple stores operation, will require frequent travel between state. (East & West Malaysia) Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
• Proven organizational skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
• Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
• Ability to challenge and influence operational processes.
• Stong ability to multi-task; strong project management skils with good time management ability.
• Creative driven to think out of box.
• Able to work as a team and able to work with shop managers.
• If required from time to time to work after working hours or weekends.
• Possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya UEP.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Benefits:
