Job Description

1.

Store Operations Management



Oversee daily store operations, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Assist with implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
2.

Sales & Performance Management



Lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve performance Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent in-store service
3.

Inventory & Local Delivery Management



Regularly inspect and replenish shelf stock to ensure full product availability

Deliver goods to nearby stores or distribution points when needed

Manage stock-in, stock-out, returns, and periodic inventory counts to minimize losses
4.

Local Business Collaboration & Merchandising Deals



Engage with nearby businesses or retail partners to discuss product placement and joint promotions

Negotiate

Team Management & Staff Training



Schedule and manage team shifts, attendance, and performance evaluations Train new employees on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques Foster a positive team environment to improve morale and staff retention

Customer Service & Complaint Handling



Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience at all times Handle customer complaints or disputes promptly and professionally Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business
7.

Compliance & Company Standards



Follow company policies, financial procedures, and operational standards Ensure product and cash security, and follow safety protocols Assist store manager or regional supervisor with additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably with delivery or local trade experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of sales analytics and local marketing strategies Able to perform short-distance deliveries when necessary; a valid driver's license is a plus Prefer communicate with English
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
