We are a growing Malaysian retail brand in the beauty and personal care space, looking for a

Retail Operations & Admin Assistant

to support daily operations, with a strong focus on retail stock management and store support.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently while dealing professionally with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage stock levels across retail stores and distributors Visit retail stores and factory locations deliver stock, arrange inventory, and check displays Build and maintain good working relationships with retail staff and store managers Track inventory movement and update the internal team regularly Handle daily order fulfilment, including packing customer orders for courier pickup Coordinate with courier companies for pickups and deliveries Respond to basic customer and retailer enquiries via email or chat Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Office-based in Cyberjaya

, with regular travel to retail stores

Requirements

Must have

own car

and be willing to travel to retail stores Fluent in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities on the ground Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets) Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with retailers Prior experience in retail, admin, or operations is a bonus but not required

Salary & Benefits
