LUXASIA, the leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform of Asia Pacific, is currently seeking a Retail Operations Executive to join their team in the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury beauty brands and enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse team environment. With over 120 luxury beauty brands in their portfolio, LUXASIA has established Joint Ventures with the likes of LVMH Group and Elizabeth Arden, making them a leader in the industry. As a Retail Operations Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience across all retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail operations strategies to support brand growth in the APAC region
• Manage and oversee daily retail operations, including staff management, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve sales performance and optimize profitability
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with brand partners and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all company standards and regulations, including health and safety procedures
• Contribute to the development of training programs for retail staff to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional events to support sales growth

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a retail operations role, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as required
• Fluent in English and local language(s) with proficiency in other languages an advantage
