Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees and enforces brands standards and SOPs and ensure consistency.
  • Oversees service standards for all boutiques to ensure high level of customer engagement.
  • Oversees boutiques daily briefing and role play.
  • Oversees and enforces operations SOPs and policies.
  • Responsible in providing operational support and assist in smooth-running of operations in boutiques.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess minimum bachelor\'s degree.
  • Between 4-5 years working experience in similar position preferably in luxury retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates positive mindset and attitude.
