- Pharmacy Daily Operation Management
- Handle customers' complaints
- Handle customers' enquiries
- Taking care of customer's healthcare by analyzing customer's need
- Controlling, refilling and check stocks inventory
- Prepare and key in invoices
- Prepare purchase orders and delivery orders
- Assist manager in marketing, sales and promotions on healthcare products
- Other ad-hoc duties as per required by Retail Manager
- Great exposure in retail pharmacy. We will provide with all the necessary trainings.
- Personal Growth, such as customer service skill and confidence level.
