Responsibilities
  • Pharmacy Daily Operation Management
  • Handle customers' complaints
  • Handle customers' enquiries
  • Taking care of customer's healthcare by analyzing customer's need
  • Controlling, refilling and check stocks inventory
  • Prepare and key in invoices
  • Prepare purchase orders and delivery orders
  • Assist manager in marketing, sales and promotions on healthcare products
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per required by Retail Manager
