Identify and develop new potential product opportunities to generate new income streams. Steer and direct market/competitor analysis to ensure relevance, competitiveness and areas of opportunity for the full Retail Remittance product portfolio. Achieve Retail Remittance financial goals in the following areas: revenue, volume, usage and customer migration into digital channels. Lead the design or enhancement of product features and specifications, whilst working with internal (e.g. compliance, IT, risk management) and external (e.g. vendors, partners) stakeholders while ensuring compliance to internal and external guidelines and/or regulatory requirements Develop and drive the execution of Retail Remittance's product marketing calendar by identifying product USPs, targeting the most cost effective and appropriate marketing channels, co-developing marketing collaterals in order to maximize return on marketing spend. Support the Head, Retail Remittance in steering project management of all current and future digital projects, including but not limited to User Requirement Scoping, liaising with IT Project Managers, Stakeholders / Project Sponsor updates, Vendor Negotiations, UAT testing. Job Requirements: Malaysian Citizen Candidate should possess a min Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Banking & Finance, Management or equivalent. Approximately 10 years of working experience, with at least 6 years in an institutional sale and/or marketing management role. Prior experience in fintech, remittance, money transfer, foreign exchange domains within large local or foreign banks would be an added advantage.
