Job Description
- Fresh graduate and without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in retailing is an added advantage
- Must possess at least a SPM certificate
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to engage with customers, address their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Understanding of sales techniques to effectively persuade customers and increase sales.
- Capability to handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers\' needs.
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
- Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures
