Building rapport and customer loyalty, proactively follow-up on customers' queries and requests.
Respond positively to customer complaints, feedbacks and suggestions.
Ensure and maintain visual merchandising standard are adhered to company's standard at all time.
Maintain the cleanliness of the boutique, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
Operate POS efficiently with consistent high standard of accuracy.
Assisting with daily sales, operations, stock replenishment and inventory stock take.
Requirements
Fresh graduates that have an interest in the latest fashion trends are welcome to join.
Individuals with passionate and cheerful disposition will be an added advantage.
Flexible working schedule, able to work on weekends and Public Holidays. (Rotating shifts)
Dependable and a team player who can work both independently and in a team.
Able to speak in English, Malay and Mandarin (preferred)
