Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to achieve both individual and team targets.
Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring products are well-organized, fully stocked, and attractively displayed.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, and promptly report any inventory issues or discrepancies.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns accurately while adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Collect and communicate customer feedback and product insights to help enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
Support loss prevention efforts by following security procedures and actively helping to minimize theft and stock losses.
