Job Description
Location: PRISM+ Sunway Velocity Mall
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products. Continuously grow product knowledge and communicate information in a clear, engaging manner. Provide follow-up support to assist customers with their purchase decisions. Create appealing product displays and organize promotional showcases. Conduct live demonstrations and presentations for both customers and stakeholders. Build lasting customer relationships through positive interactions. Share feedback with retail and management teams to enhance overall operations. Achieve daily sales targets and ensure accurate end-of-day reporting.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment. Able to commit to a 6-day work week. Enthusiastic about customer engagement and delivering excellent service. Eager to learn and understand the technical aspects of consumer electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
