Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to work retail hours (which includes Saturday) with an alternate off day.
Having knowledge of Lighting Products and basic installation/technical skills will be an advantage.
Possess basic computer and IT skills (e.g.: Microsoft Office).

Tanggungjawab

To serve walk-in customers, consultants, and designers and build a good rapport with them.
Site Visit (eg, home, retail outlets, offices, etc) when necessary.
To develop new business and achieve sales targets.
To be able to understand customers\' needs and to propose suitable products based on the customers\' needs and provide after-sales service.
To address customers\' complaints in an effective way when necessary.
To assist in managing sales and marketing activities and other assignments given by the supervisor.
To issue correspondence documents (eg, DO, SO, ITN, SRN) when necessary.
