Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales prospect and initiative towards the achievement of sales target.
• Provide consultant and efficient support to customers & ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
• Support relevant events by assisting to host clients & ensure the highest level of showroom presentation.
• Build a customer base, manage the customer relationship and enhance customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction with good presentation skill.
• Able to work well both independently as a team player.
• Report and highlight to your immediate superior for unsolved matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, or any other equivalent qualification.
• Required skill(s): good communication, strong problem-solving ability, self-motivated, Good PR and passionate in Customer Service.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales \xe2\x80\x93 Retail/General or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Full-time position available
• Working Hours: 10am-8pm
• Location: Petaling Jaya
