What You'll Do

Retail Events & Activations

Plan, organise, and execute pop-ups, bazaars, and retail activations -- from setup to teardown. Liaise with mall organisers and partners to secure strategic event opportunities. Coordinate logistics, booth layout, stock movement, and visual setup to ensure smooth operations. Manage and train part-time promoters to deliver strong sales and amazing customer experiences. Track event performance, analyse sales and ROI, and prepare post-event reports for improvement. Travel regularly around Klang Valley (and occasionally to other states or Singapore).

Corporate Workshops & Partnerships

Support and run corporate workshops/events -- from client communication to on-site execution. Conduct workshops alongside team members, sharing our brand experience directly with participants. Plan and execute brand activations or product launch events, working closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure strong brand storytelling and impactful presentation. Coordinate all related logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth delivery and measurable outcomes.

Location:

Based in

Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

This is a dynamic, on-the-move role -- you'll be travelling around

Klang Valley

for events, meetings, and setups (with occasional trips outside KL and to Singapore).

Working Hours:

Flexible -- you'll plan your own schedule depending on event needs (includes weekends).

Compensation: Base salary

Performance commission

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
