Requirement
Professional work environment with a positive and supportive culture
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
No formal educational qualifications required
Basic communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other languages
A strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward skill development
Own transport required for commuting to work

Responsibilities
Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor
Respond to customer inquiries, providing helpful and persuasive information to enhance sales
Assist customers in locating products they need, using effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell
Organize and maintain an orderly stock room
Ensure shelves are neatly stocked and products are displayed attractively
Address customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
