Requirement:

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor Respond to customer inquiries, providing helpful and persuasive information to enhance sales Assist customers in locating products they need, using effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell Organize and maintain an orderly stock room Ensure shelves are neatly stocked and products are displayed attractively Address customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary Fluent communication in English and Malay is essential for customer interaction
