\xe3\x83\xbbLove and understand the culture of company.
\xe3\x83\xbbAnalyze the market, competitor, and Kewpie itself
\xe3\x83\xbbCheck and manage the documentation based on the requirement (e.g. Promotion claim, Distributor claim, Claim from Merchandisers, etc.)
\xe3\x83\xbbVisit outlets for the negotiation with customers and market analysis
\xe3\x83\xbbCome up with the solution and share the solution to the team through the analysis
\xe3\x83\xbbTake proper action based on the approval and instruction from the management
\xe3\x83\xbbBe the part of the control tower to manage and handle the Merchandisers of company
\xe3\x83\xbbProviding assistance to a sales Manager to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities.
\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
\xe3\x83\xbbWell communicate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set and achieves goals and targets.
\xe3\x83\xbbLead and Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
\xe3\x83\xbbSatisfy customer\'s needs and request, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
\xe3\x83\xbbAddress issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
\xe3\x83\xbbGood communicate and deliver correct message. Also company\'s direction to customer to make sure customer\'s planning are same with company\'s decision.
\xe3\x83\xbbNegotiation skills also needed to protect company\'s benefit while fulfill customer\'s needs and demand.
\xe3\x83\xbbApply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process.
\xe3\x83\xbbBe sensitive in changes on market trends and adjust accordingly after discuss and get approval of sales management.
\xe3\x83\xbbDisplay and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
\xe3\x83\xbbPerform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.
\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure the welfare of merchandisers, promoters, and that their concern are noted and addressed.
\xe3\x83\xbbGood communication and cooperation with others department colleagues to make sure daily jobs are on track and smoothly.
\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain an updated knowledge of company\'s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
\xe3\x83\xbbCoordinate with supplier to make a good arrangement for events
\xe3\x83\xbbParticipating in any company\'s events.
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist to develop new market.
\xe3\x83\xbbCommon task for Manager as per listed in General JD for Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager Level

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Bachelor or Diploma
\xe2\x9c\x93English (Business level), Malay (Business Level), Chinese (Business Level)
\xe2\x9c\x93Japanese (Better if he/she can speak in Basic (communicative) level)
\xe2\x9c\x93Experience in the food sales business for 3 years or more
\xe2\x9c\x93Driving license,
\xe2\x9c\x93Logical thinking Skill,
\xe2\x9c\x93Communication Skill (phone, email),
\xe2\x9c\x93Negotiation Skill,
\xe2\x9c\x93Problem solving Skill,
