Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Min. Education: SPM
- Min. Experience: Any experiences related to retail industries as a Supervisor
- Carry out stock take and replenishment
- To ensure sufficient manpower to run the daily/public holidays operation.
- To monitor attendance and ensure promoter report to work on time.
- To report the relevant business information to HQ.
- To lead the team, motivate them to drive store sales and excellent service quality.
- To maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the products display/ windows display.
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Salary up to RM2500 - RM3500 Monthly
- Personal + Group Sales commission up to 5% (Applicable upon confirmation)
- EPF Socso and EIS are provided
- 6 days/Week
- 1 Off-Day
- Shifts:
- Morning - 10am to 7pm
- Afternoon - 1pm to 10pm
- Full - 10am to 10pm
