Responsibilities:
Assists the Sales & Business Development team, focusing on managing schedules and the distribution of any retail & sales related documentation.
Maintain records of sales targets and confirmed sales, sales order and provide detailed reports to the team.
Efficiently respond to any queries and requirements to extract retail, sales and operational related information, documentation and reports.
Integrate and provide analysis of retail, sales and operational data in an insightful way as support to the Sales & Business Development team.
Prepares and then follow up on any sales related documentations, quotations, terms of contract as requested by the team.
Provide assistance and support to the Sales & Business Development team on sales & marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
2-3 years of retail / sales support experience.
Familiar with administrative and support role in the retail, distribution, FMCG environment is an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to details.
Sound experience with high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
High proficiency in speaking & writing in Mandarin is required for the role.
