ALPRO Pharmacy Kulai

1. Clinical & Professional Duties

Review and dispense prescriptions accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide expert advice on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications. Monitor patient outcomes and resolve medication-related issues. Ensure cold chain and controlled medicines are managed according to SOPs.

2. Leadership & Team Management

Mentor and support junior pharmacists, PRPs (Provisionally Registered Pharmacists), and interns. Conduct regular coaching sessions and contribute to team development and training. Manage scheduling and ensure adequate pharmacy coverage. Take lead in resolving escalated issues or customer concerns.

3. Operational Excellence

Ensure daily pharmacy operations run efficiently, including inventory control, cash handling, and reporting. Perform regular audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize wastage or expiry. Oversee procurement of medications and ensure optimal stock levels. Enforce SOPs, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.

4. Customer & Patient Engagement

Deliver exceptional service and build trust with patients. Conduct health screenings, medication reviews, and patient counseling sessions. Lead promotional activities related to pharmacy services and health campaigns.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy laws, guidelines (e.g., NPRA, MOH), and ethical practices. Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety requirements. Prepare and assist with audits and regulatory inspections.

6. Strategic Contribution

Provide input on improving pharmacy workflow, services, and performance. Participate in cross-functional projects and business development initiatives. Track KPIs and contribute to achieving outlet performance targets.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
