Proactively drive the marketing and origination of SME Banking financing products, deposit offerings, corporate cards, and Takaful solutions to attract new customers.
Strategically identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer product holdings and maximize revenue.
Demonstrate agility and responsiveness in achieving individual sales targets
Collaborate closely with Credit Analysts and Business Center Managers/Regional Heads to develop comprehensive credit proposals and secure approvals from the relevant Financing Committees.
Partner with Credit Analysts and Business Center Managers/Regional Heads to prepare Letters of Offer and coordinate with Credit Administration to ensure timely and accurate completion of security documentation.
Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the Bank's products and services.
Oversee the disbursement and activation processes, working in collaboration with the Sales Support Team and Credit Administration Department to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
