Job Description

• SPM/Diploma and above of business-related course such as business administration, sales and marketing.
• Relevant job experience (Retail)
• Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer Service Skills, Communication Skill
• Willing to work 6 days a week with retail hours
• Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

• Converse with customers to identify their purchasing requirement and assist in locating desired items
• Provide customers with necessary product information and present our product features
• Receive customers and introduce related products of the company, and properly guide customers to make transactions
• Check that the price tag of the product matches the actual product
• Communication and coordination of product after-sales related matters Overseeing the upkeep, maintenance and general cleaning of the store and its premises
• Issue invoice, collect cash payments and process payment transactions for the purchase of goods
• Evaluate stock inventory to determine the need for new shipments or product order
• Receive new shipments and ensure proper storage of excess stock
• Handle cases of product return, refund or exchange
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store products and services in order to effectively conduct sales
• Work closely with retail sales person to ensure company monthly sales targets are achieved.
