Responsibilities

Managing a retail store, motivating and developing a sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Managing stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
Handle complains from customers to maintain the store\'s reputation.
Oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.

Requirement

Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail industry.
Candidates with relevant strong working experience as Manager are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities (verbal and written).
Multi-lingual fluency: REQUIRED to have English & Bahasa Malaysia, plus one other language.
