Responsibilities: Assist in operations issues & monitoring of staffs\' customer service & discipline; Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs\' welfare & resolve customers\' enquiries/complaints; Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports; Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed; Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field; With at least 2 years of working experience in retail environment; Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated; Possess good leadership skills; Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours; Computer Literate.
