To assist in the management of the depot or retail to ensure optimum stock level order fulfillment and timely delivery. 2.To produce and prepare quality products in accordance to FIFO procedure with minimal stock inventory variance. 3. To train new personnel on job functions & roles in order to meet the depot or retail standards & requirement. 4. To manage collections by drivers, case sales at the depot & retail outlet, including banking function 5. To perform administrative function in order to ensure smooth operations of the depot and retail. 6. To maintain operations policies, procedure, safety & regulation. 7. To perform maintenance & housekeeping depot & regulator.
