- At least 1 year proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required.
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and manage the outlet team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment processes.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving targets.
