Retail Supervisor
Location: Bandar Bukit Tinggi 1 & Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang
Salary: RM2400 + RM100 Travel Allowance + Commission
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide shop staff during daily operations
Ensure good customer service and handle customer complaintsArrange staff schedules and monitor attendance
Check stock levels and assist in stock orderingEnsure products are displayed neatly and the shop is clean
Help achieve sales targets and support promotionsWhat We're Looking For:
Requirements:
Experience in retail or a similar role
Able to lead a team and work independentlyGood communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel between two branch locations (BBT 1 & BBT 2)Basic computer knowledge and POS system experience
