Job Description
- To provide excellent customers service and to actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers? needs.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
- Stock inventory including receiving stocks, checking descriptions, replenish and merchandising of stocks
- To ensure attending customers need & providing excellent customers service. Build and maintain good rapport with customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum Education: SPM
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in retail shop experience.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and other dialects.
- Good attitude, responsible, able to work independently, hardworking, serious and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Able to work on retails hours, shift, Weekend and Public Holiday.
- Able to start work immediately
