Retail Supervisor
Job Description
Job Responsibility Develop and prepare weekly lifting plans for movement, erection, and installation of all building materials including I-Beams, Columns, Wall Panels, and Roof Panels. Implement safe lifting plans and supervise daily lifting operations and activities. Conduct regular inspections of lifting machinery or equipment to ensure that all are in good and safe working condition Conduct thorough safety assessments of the site, promptly addressing identified hazards or potential dangers associated with lifting operations Job Requirements Possess at least a diploma in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or a relevant field Certified as a lifting supervisor Well-verse in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a lifting supervisor on the construction site Required Skill(s): Lifting Operation, Work at Height, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving Possess good behaviour, being responsible, self-motivated, and proactive Job Benifits Allowances + Medical Claims Career Development & Advancement Opportunities Salary Increment Based on Performance
