At least 2 years\' experience in supervisory role in fashion retail environment.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in BM and English).
Able to motivate and lead team members to achieve company\'s objectives.
Results oriented with track record in outstanding customer service.
Good organizational, time management and leadership skills.
Willing to work temporarily at Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur outlet to undergo on-the-job training before the new branch opening.

Evaluate and propose staffing needs for the store and training needs for both new and existing staff.
Monitor stock movement and maintain optimal inventory levels.
