- At least 2 years\' experience in supervisory role in fashion retail environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in BM and English).
- Able to motivate and lead team members to achieve company\'s objectives.
- Results oriented with track record in outstanding customer service.
- Good organizational, time management and leadership skills.
- Willing to work temporarily at Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur outlet to undergo on-the-job training before the new branch opening.
- Oversee daily operation of the store.
- Promote and monitor service quality of staff
- Evaluate and propose staffing needs for the store and training needs for both new and existing staff.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain optimal inventory levels.
