Monitor attendance and timekeeping, addressing any issues promptly.
Coordinate staff rotations and break arrangements to optimize productivity.
Maintain open and consistent communication between staff and management.
Implement and reinforce customer service standards across the team.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt, effective resolutions.
Ensure all customer complaints and feedback are properly addressed.
Communicate promotions, product updates, and operational changes to the team.
Ensure promotional materials and banners are accurate, updated, and displayed correctly.
Order products, track deliveries, and consistently replenish shelves.
Maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Ensure all product displays are neat, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange products logically by category, size, and colour; place high-demand items prominently; and maintain balanced distribution to prevent overcrowded or empty shelves.
Ensure the checkout process is efficient and organized, and verify that the POS system is functioning properly.
Work towards achieving sales targets for the current period.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Ensure fitting rooms are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
Ensure mirrors, lighting, and other fixtures are in good working condition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained outlet at all times.
