Supervise and coordinate daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline, including duty roster planning
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Support sales activities, promotions, and visual merchandising execution
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail procedures
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
Coordinate with management on manpower planning and store performance improvement
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper product display at all times
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Sales-driven with good customer service mindset
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in retail chains, shopping malls, or specialty stores
Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management
Ability to train and develop junior staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM24,000.00 - RM48,000.00 per year
