Train all new employees and ensure they are well-equipped with basic knowledge within the probation period.
Monitor staff performance and ensure all team members are following the SOPs in the showroom.
Work with the Assistant Showroom Manager to manage staff shifts and schedules in the showrooms.
Act as the first point of contact for any complaints or issues that arise in the showroom; report to the Assistant Showroom Manager for further action.
In addition to sales stock, ensure showroom stationery and other miscellaneous items are always in stock; make necessary purchases or report before supplies run out.
Ensure all staff are presentable from head to toe. Discuss with the Assistant Showroom Manager and Showroom Manager if any staff require new uniforms, etc.
Travel to each showroom from time to time as necessary, or on a rotational basis.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
