: As a Supplier Manager specialising in housebrand development, you will drive the growth and financial returns of our in-house brands. Your role will involve strategic sourcing, product development, and merchandising specifically tailored to our housebrand portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our house brand identity and ensuring its success in the market. Key Responsibilities: House brand Development and Management: Develop and execute strategies for sourcing, buying, and merchandising of house brand products Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch house brand products that align with market trends and consumer preferences Manage and maintain content for house brand products in online stores, ensuring alignment with brand strategy Supplier Negotiation and Relationship Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, focusing on product quality, cost-effectiveness, and profit margins Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our standards for house brand products Facilitate communication and collaboration with suppliers, especially Mandarin-speaking partners, to enhance product development and sourcing strategies Sales and Inventory Management: Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet sales targets and profit budgets for house brands Ensure optimal inventory levels of housebrand products, minimising slow-moving stock Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in housebrand merchandising and sales Cross-Functional Collaboration and Analysis: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure cohesive brand strategy and efficient operational execution Conduct financial and market analysis to assess the performance and growth opportunities of house brand products Implement process improvements and innovative approaches in house brand merchandising and sales Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, account management, merchandising, or a related field, preferably within the e-Commerce or retail industry Prior experience in managing house brand or private labels for FMCG retailers Strong entrepreneurial spirit, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Highly motivated, adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment, and committed to driving results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in similar roles Proficiency in Excel, with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
