Provide hands-on coaching to enhance store performance and efficiency.
Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training to help staff effectively communicate features and benefits.
Stay informed about new product launches and incorporate insights into training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support store teams in implementing best practices to achieve sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of
5 years of experience in the retail industry
, with
hands-on exposure to store operations.
Proven experience in training and developing retail teams.
Background not limited to footwear; candidates with diverse retail experience are welcome.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
with a knack for creating impactful training programs.
Proficiency in preparing training materials
