Role Overview

We are looking for a

Junior Training Executive

who is passionate about

learning & development

and eager to grow into a

professional corporate trainer

. In this role, you will support the

design, delivery, and administration

of training programs that shape the future of retail talent in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

planning, organizing, and executing training programs

for retail professionals (customer service, sales, retail operations, visual merchandising, leadership). Support

training material development

-- slides, e-learning modules, case studies, and activities tailored to client needs. Co-facilitate training sessions with senior trainers and

engage participants through discussions, role-play, and group work

. Conduct

on-floor coaching and store walk assessments

to support practical application of learning. Track and evaluate training effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and prepare

post-training reports

. Coordinate

training logistics

such as scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation, and HRD Corp claim documentation. Research the latest

retail trends, learning technologies, and industry best practices

to support program development.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in

Business, Retail Management, Education, Human Resources, or related field

. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience in

training, HR, or retail operations

are encouraged to apply. Strong

presentation & communication skills

in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus). Passion for

people development

and an interest in retail industry growth. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once. Willing to travel for training assignments across Malaysia.
