Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Junior Trainer

who is passionate about

teaching, coaching, and inspiring retail professionals

. You will work alongside our senior training team to design and deliver impactful learning experiences, from

classroom workshops

to

on-floor coaching and e-learning content

. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a specialist in

retail learning & development

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

designing and delivering training programs

in areas such as customer service, sales, retail operations, visual merchandising, and leadership. Facilitate

interactive activities, group discussions, and role-plays

that engage adult learners. Conduct

on-floor coaching and / or online training

to support skill application. Support senior trainers in developing

blended learning content

(e.g., e-learning modules, quizzes, videos). Stay updated on

retail trends, HRD Corp requirements, and learning methodologies

.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in

Business, Retail Management, Education, Human Resources, or related field

. 0 - 3 years of experience in

retail, training, or coaching

is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong retail exposure are encouraged to apply). Passionate about

teaching, public speaking, and helping others grow

. Excellent

communication & presentation skills

in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus). Creative, proactive, and able to adapt to

different retail environments

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
