Possesses good problem solving skill, customer service skill, leadership, and display & merchandising skill.
Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work under pressure.
MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.Skills: Panda System (will be an advantage).
Must speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.Willing to travel & transfer will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Manage any daily activities of outlet.
Manage the selling floor, housekeeping & merchandise display.Ensure outlet compliance with the health and safety policy.
Manage product, merchandising and re-ordering.Customer servicing.
Supervise Reporting and Sales Target(s).Reporting + Sales TargetBasic Computer applications in store management and materials control.Ensure outlet budget and sales target set by the Company is achieved.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
Liaises with Operations Manager and Head of Department.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
