Job Description

You will join the pre-opening team and be instrumental in the setup of your department, This position is responsible for maximizing room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein. This position will also manage the reservation team

Work Experience

• Prior experience in Revenue Management required, minimum of 3 years. Hotel experience such as sales/front office or reservations would be beneficial
• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management or similar a plus
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Sound understanding of revenue and distribution platforms, programs, and channels
• Previous experience with Accor a plus
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about your chosen career
• Hotel pre-opening experience or work in a lifestyle hotel would be an advantage
• Switched on and always up to date with what is happening in the market.
• Creative, revenue and profit driven
