Job Description



Revenue Management

: Develop data-driven pricing strategies to optimize ADR and revenue based on market trends, competitor rates, and demand forecasts.

Promotions

: Design and execute campaigns on OTAs (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com) that align with business goals and target audiences.

Performance Analysis

: Track KPIs like occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR, and generate reports to refine strategies.

Channel Optimization

: Maximize performance on OTAs and direct platforms, enhancing direct booking efforts and content optimization.

Market Research

: Analyze industry trends, guest preferences, and competitors to uncover new opportunities.

Collaboration

: Work with operations, sales, and marketing teams to meet revenue goals, while mentoring junior staff on best practices.

Requirements



Academic Preferences -Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or short-stay industry Proficiency in using OTA platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.) and revenue management tools Proficient in using PMS and channel manager system Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
