: Analyze industry trends, guest preferences, and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
Collaboration
: Work with operations, sales, and marketing teams to meet revenue goals, while mentoring junior staff on best practices.
Requirements
Academic Preferences -Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or short-stay industry
Proficiency in using OTA platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.) and revenue management tools
Proficient in using PMS and channel manager system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
