Job Description


:

  • Build reliable, trusty, and long-term relations with assigned customers
  • Negotiate & motivate customers to carry out their loan\xe2\x80\x99s obligations
  • Provide an up to date information to customers about their current debt and channels of repayment
  • Follow up with customers who did not fulfill their promises to pay
  • Establish repayment schedules based on customer\'s financial situations
  • Fulfil the KPI\xe2\x80\x99s established by Collection managers
  • Provide high-quality customer service for delinquent clients based on best practice.
Skills and knowledge :
  • Problem-solving and argumentation ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation skills to persuade customers to repay the debt
  • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
  • Customer-oriented and has good customer service skills
  • Able to work under stress
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Honest, pro-active, customer-oriented and detail-focused
  • Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines
  • Team player
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:

Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Bandar Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
