Agree, maintain and comply with the given hotel budget. Supervise group blocks to ensure accuracy of business on the book. Apply an aggressive overbooking policy and educate team to accept through benefits of results achieved. Complete the month end reports. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Create and maintain 12 months rolling demand calendar. Create and develop pricing strategies. Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons. Responsible for assessing, analysing, and pricing business strategies. Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservation department. Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity. Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional. Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, groups, etc) Any other reasonable request made by management. Maintain distribution channel data integrity. Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls. Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies. Maintain distribution channel data integrity. Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly. Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team. In general, perform any other duties might requested by head of department. Analyses information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and problem solving. Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations etc. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years relevant hotel revenue management experience. Good communication skills.
