Job Description

This position covers the SEA region for implementing the company\'s compensation & benefit programmes. A regional role that requires you to be maintain and update internal benefits to the ever-changing market competitiveness.

• Implement and manage Compensation and Benefits programs across Southeast Asia (SEA) to ensure internal fairness and competitive market positioning.This includes overseeing job evaluations, incentive plans, employee benefits, and various compensation schemes for expatriates, executives, and employees.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Rewards team and local HR counterparts to deploy global processes effectively and maintain high-quality compensation data.
• Monitor and update benefit inventories
• Support business leaders in designing cost-effective programs aligned with strategic goals
• Oversee performance management processes to enhance staff performance.
• Support annual appraisal and incentive cycles
• Ensure adherence to Global Rewards policies, benchmark and develop new policies as required
• Serve as the custodian of HR Compensation & Benefits policies for the SEA region.

• At minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience specialising within C&B
• Well-versed with SAP SuccessFactors/Workday
• Regional exposure is advantageous
• Working experience within the FMCG industry is advantageous
